    這是一位極難的雙顎前凸、開咬、骨性暴牙、咬合平面太傾斜，幾乎無法單靠矯正的案例。在後牙區，有了金屬與陶瓷假牙，但是因為『咬合』，讓牙齒都做的非常短小，幾乎不可能放上矯正裝置（尤其是右下方的後牙區）。這當然會是大部分矯正醫師完全無法發揮的案例！

As you can see the crown length in the posterior teeth is so short due to the occlusion. We almost can't find the space for the placement of the brackets. So, it's impossible for orthodontist to treat!

    當病患選擇相信診斷和以『非手術』為前提的最佳治療計畫下，我們開始了辛苦又充滿挑戰的治療，置放四隻骨釘，拔除四顆小臼齒，拔牙空間已經關閉。就顏面上已經改善許多，然而我們並沒有認定已經結束。

The treatment plan included extraction of the premolars with 4 miniscrews for the anchorage.  The treatment time is 1 and half year so far. The extraction space is almost closed. However, we haven't said it's finished.

    於是我們繼續將齒列後移，在沒有拔牙空間的情形下，齒列的後移，已經變成了全齒列移動。 讓下巴的型態更為立體，鼻唇角更為明顯。
