遠從香港無法解決的二次矯正『開咬』問題 及『骨暴』問題

一位遠從香港來的病人，因為在香港找不到矯正醫師可以幫她解決開咬問題，怎麼問都是需要靠手術，所以決定來台北就診。


就診斷上她有著未解決的上顎狹窄以及下顎牙齒網內傾的問題，最嚴重的是患者的後牙區，有著過度高、突出 (elongation)，沒有正確壓入 (intrusion)的問題。


這些主因還是來自於矯正時期，後牙區的齒槽骨問題未解決！

   A patient from Hong Kong decided to come to Taipei for treatment because she couldn't find an orthodontist there who could help with her open bite. 

   She was told surgery was necessary, no matter how she asked. She was diagnosed with unresolved issues of narrow upper jaw and inward-tilted lower teeth. 
    Most seriously, her posterior teeth were overly elevated, protruded, and improperly intruded. These issues were primarily caused by the orthodontic treatment, which did not resolve the alveolar bone issues in the posterior teeth.
