門牙瓷藝之最｜ＡＤＯＲＡＢＬＥ ＰＯＲＣＥＬＡＩＮ

    這是一位極難的二度矯正案例，因為除了前牙假牙的美觀重建外，更需要呈現出齒列與臉型結構之間的協調與自然之美。

    

    全瓷牙冠或貼片運用於前牙齒列，幾乎已經是所有愛美人士的必備假牙膺復首選。

   然而，當牙齒的位置過於外飄，或過於前凸時，往往會讓有些求快的病患，貪求方便快速，選擇乾脆把健康的牙齒磨掉，傷害過後的珐瑯質是無法回復的。甚至必須抽除神經的根管治療才能有足夠的空間做假牙。

   這些犧牲換來了什麼？更好看的齒質？較白皙的牙齒？但總不能能看到的地方全都換成假牙吧？那臉型呢？

    雖然剛做完漂亮了不少，但當經過時間的累積，尤其當前牙全瓷牙冠邊緣露出，或顏色出現色差時，多半都已經來不及、後悔了........更別說臉型如果還有外凸或有稍微不滿意的情形出現時，會有多大的災難！

    

    本案例的前牙在求診時已經是『臨時牙套』，臨時牙套在矯正的過程中其實扮演著非常重要的角色！包含牙齒大小的決定，前牙角度的拿捏，牙根角度的位置是否正確等等，然而若一開始掌握錯了，後續的矯正治療也跟著將錯就錯，『更遑論未矯正過的咬合不正牙齒，就做成多顆的假牙齒列』，極有可能是虛有其表，敗絮其中啊！
